
Yoga for Burnout Workshops
A series of gentle sessions, created for us to find our tribe and cope with burnout together, in community.
Each workshop will go for 4 hours with a break included, tea and snacks will be provided.
During the workshop there will be 4 practical sessions, focussing on the following elements.
1. Body: trauma aware gentle yoga
2. Breath: beginners breath work
3. Mind: understanding coping practices through discussions of yogic, social, psychological and playful theories
4. Spirit: meditation, chanting and journalling
To focus on maintaining a meaningful experience workshops will be limited to 8 spaces. Save your spot!
The workshops will be held at different locations. Our first session was held at Appin. Our second session will be held at Thirlmere. Next we are considering Menangle and Otford. Please reach out if you would like a workshop hosted at your location.
