Whether you are planning the morning of your wedding day, a family event, a girls trip, your besties birthday or a work team building event, a 1 hour yoga session could be the perfect addition to your event.
Your personalised group yoga session could be what your group needs to relax, connect and make unforgettable memories.
Nicole has a passion for sharing yoga in a way that meets your groups needs and supports a personalised approach. We collaborate to choose a yoga practice made up of all the things your group would like, this may include; yoga, meditation, chanting, intention setting, and / or journalling.

Step 3. Relax and enjoy your personalised group yoga session at the location of your choice.

Nicole can support your group to feel balance, rest, comfort, challenge, strength, routine, grounding, centreing etc.
In addition to facilitating your personalised group yoga practice Nicole can provide 7 yoga mats, a portable speaker and tea.

What locations are available?
Nicole can travel to you if you are with in the Sydney, Macarthur, Wollongong or Liverpool area.
Do I need to bring anything on the day?
You will discuss with Nicole to confirm, your group may need to bring or organise the following:

A notebook and pen each

Any yoga or pilates or fitness mats

A blanket each
-
A small pillow each (to sit on and to lie on)

A water bottle
-
Warm clothes if practicing outside

Mugs
-
A kettle
When will the payment be due?
Payment will be due 2 weeks before the event to confirm the booking.
Take your time thinking about the package and if you and the group need any changes to what is detailed here.
Nicole will organise a booking form where everyone can RSVP and let Nicole know anything else I need to prepare for or be aware of, and consent to the yoga session.
